We currently offer two options as follows - You can order online by logging on to www.SabziOnCall.com and then place your order through your online account. (My account page) - You can order on phone by calling us on 9999005504.

Q. How do I register?

Go to My account page, click on sign up and fill the registration form. We've made a conscious effort to simplify the registration form. Once you've registered, you'll receive a welcome email from us.

Q. What are the benefits of registration?

The simple one-time registration process ensures that you don't have to re-enter your shipping address every time you order online or on telephone. Further, we'll also analyze your buying patterns over a period of time and we will put new offers in front of you through account. In future we are planning to give bonus point for registered user on every purchase.

We consider orders placed online as final. Customers will not receive any further communication from our side to confirm the same. However, the customers will receive an email from our side containing the order value and the list of products ordered (in email only).

Q. What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

You can specify this in the "delivery instructions" section (e.g. deliver to my watchman, neighbour etc.) on the website when ordering online or by mentioning this to us when ordering by phone. In such cases, please ensure that necessary arrangements are made to make the payment to us at the time of delivery. We unable to cancel the order in any case. If you realize about your unavailability after placing the order, please let us know up to four hours prior to the start of the delivery slot chosen by you.

Customers can cancel the order by calling us on 9999005504. Orders can be cancelled up to cut off time prior to the start of delivery slot day chosen by the customer.

Q. What if I find the product quality unacceptable? Can I return these products?

We strive to deliver the best quality products at all times. However, in the unfortunate circumstance that a particular product is not acceptable to you, we'll credit equivalent amount in your SabziOnCall.com account and will be balance in next bill.
